Georgia Fishes Field Study

The Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources offers a Georgia Fishes Field Study maymester course each spring. Associate Professors Dr. Jay Shelton, Dr. Susan Wilde and Georgia Department of Natural Resources biologist Dr. Brett Albanese lead students through the Mountains, Piedmont, and Coastal Pain of the state of Georgia learning fish collection and identification skills of Georgia's freshwater and coastal fishes.
