Colonel Bill Williams addresses crowd assembled in Connor Hall on the University of Georgia campus during a flag dedication ceremony. The UGA flag had flown in Afghanistan over the barracks of men who tranined at the University of Georgia to help Afghanistan citizens with crops, poultry and herd animals.

| Description: | National Guard team public affairs worked with back in March 2011 returned to Georgia from Afghanistan last month. They flew a UGA flag we gave them over their barracks and are returning it to the College of Agricultural and Environmental Science dean during a ceremony. |
