How to Request a Photo Assignment

Please plan your assignment request at least 2 weeks in advance. This reduces scheduling conflicts and miscommunications. Please allow us 3 working days to schedule your request. A confirmation will be sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE: We try to accomodate as many requests as we can but we cannot guarantee our photographers will be avavilable for all assignments. Extra charges may apply for late submissions.

The University of Georgia owns the rights to all photographs in these archives. Permission to use any of these photographs is granted for internal UGA publications and promotions and for one-time use for news purposes. Separate permission and payment of a fee is required to use any of the archived photographs for any other purpose, including but not limited to, commercial, advertising or illustrative purposes. Unauthorized use of any of these copyrighted photographs is unlawful and may subject the user to civil and criminal penalties. Entry into this archive signifies agreement to all the terms described above.
